Enterprise Resource Planning Software's (ERP) why do we need it

As a ERP Platform and Application vendor, we would like to explain more on the scope of the enterprise resource planning softwares. Basically enterprises have a common thinking that the ERP software can only be implemented by the big companies or a multinational companies. Actually we have a happy news for those guys who are very disappointed from the common above mentioned phrases in the market. ERP or EMS is not just meant for the large production based firms, it's scope well cover even the small scale industries but in a different perspective.

So who is wrong? ERP vendors or Enterprises! Actually no one is wrong. This Post we "Team Endasys"  would like to share some of our client feedbacks about the ERP solutions and thus we can answer the question , Who is wrong and what is wrong.

The Traditional ERP vendors who are developing the softwares in the very traditional way of manufacturing softwares using coding methodology(Consuming few months or years) they place there work in-front of the clients as "Rocket Science " and trying to mislead the clients with a mentality that they are going to have a software which can bring a dramatic change in the way of there business. My first question whether they can do this or not? They charge very high prices and there maintenance package is also too high. So to convince this pricing they are using some magical offers and give expections to the clients and leave a question back to them "ARE YOU BIG ENOUGH TO HAVE OUR SOLUTIONS?". This is where we found the first correction to be done.

According to endasys, a back end software (ERP) should be able to support the client requirements and not wise-versa. Enterprises regardless of there size they just see the software firm (how big is there solution and how well known are them) and purchase the software. Later it becomes like the wise-versa of the old proverb, " the ant inside the elephant mouth " eventually they collapse. why this thing happen?

1) Is not because the ERP system is bad, Is because the ERP size that the firm choose for them was not suitable for them.

2) The way each and every company works are different. So a software that has been successfully used by one firm can't show up the same result for a different firm.

So what is  the solution ?

A centralized system which is customized and build to requirement software can be a perfect solution for all the industry.

Here comes the other big issue. THE COST We started to ask to our self how to bring down the cost of developing a customized ERP softwares. The solution is to cutdown the coding part of the development.

That was a challenging conclusion. How to make a software with out performing the coding?
Through our research to make the dream of a business man to have an unique software for his business we develop a rapid we development platform which is known as USC (unique solution configurator)
and using this platform we can configure our requirements and USC will generate the backend coding of the software. Thus we can cutdown the development period of a customized system dramatically and thus the project can be delivered in a tight benchmark time and even in cost effective pricing.

Best Regards,

Silent headset lets users quietly commune with computers

Advances in voice recognition technology have seen it become a more viable form of computer interface, but it's not necessarily a quieter one. To prevent the click-clacking of keyboards being replaced by noisy man-machine conversations, MIT researchers are developing a new system called AlterEgo that allows people to talk to computers without speaking and listen to them without using their ears. At first glance, the AlterEgo headpiece looks like the product of a design student who didn't pay attention in class. Instead of the familiar combination of an earpiece and microphone, the device is a cumbersome white plastic curve like the jawbone of some strange animal that hangs off the wearer's ear and arcs over to touch the chin. It might look strange, but it's based on some fairly sophisticated technology. Inside the Alterego are electrodes that scan the jaw and face from neuromuscular signals produced when the wearer thinks about verbalizing words without...

Water purification: Running fuel cells on bacteria to purify water

Researchers in Norway have succeeded in getting bacteria to power a fuel cell. The "fuel" used is wastewater, and the products of the process are purified water droplets and electricity. This is an environmentally-friendly process for the purification of water derived from industrial processes and suchlike. It also generates small amounts of electricity -- in practice enough to drive a small fan, a sensor or a light-emitting diode. In the future, the researchers hope to scale up this energy generation to enable the same energy to be used to power the water purification process , which commonly consists of many stages, often involving mechanical and energy-demanding decontamination steps at its outset. Nature's own generator The biological fuel cell is powered by entirely natural processes -- with the help of living microorganisms. "In simple terms, this type of fuel cell works because the bacteria consume the waste materials found in the water," explains SINTEF...

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

Small Intro About Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Based on an original new story by J.K. Rowling, Jack Thorne and John Tiffany, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is a new play by Jack Thorne.
